Wollte euch hier mal die Pflanze zeigen, mit der meine Leidenschaft für caudiciforme Pflanzen begann. Als ich über diese in einem Gartencenter stolperte hatte ich nicht die Spur einer Ahnung, was ich da vor mir hab ... aber sie mußte mit! Und sie scheint sich bisher bei mir wohl zu fühlen. Das mit der Ahnungslosigkeit hat sich zwischenzeitlich auch gebessert. Very Happy

Hallo,

mein Pachypodium succulentum - vor Jahren ebenfalls in einem Gartencenter erworben - treibt nun wieder aus. Da ich meine Pflanze den Winter über im lediglich frostfreien Gewächshaus überwintere und dementsprechend wenig gieße wirft sie zum Winteranfang sämtliches Laub ab.

in den letzten Tagen hat mein Pachypodium succulentum eine ihrer Knospen geöffnet. Leider kam ich erst dazu ein Foto zu machen, als die Blüte nicht mehr ganz frisch war:

P.succulentum scheint selbstfertil zu sein. Ich habe bei meinem mal einige Blüten bestäubt und nun wachsen tatsächlich Samenhörner Very Happy
